At Groomiq, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, this Refund Policy explains how returns and refunds are handled.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
You may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- Items are unused and in original packaging
- Products are not damaged or tampered with
- Proof of purchase is provided
2. Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
- Opened grooming products
- Used styling products
- Clearance or sale items (unless faulty)
3. Return Process
To request a return:

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Wait for return approval instructions
- Ship the product back securely
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
4. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
5. Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may offer a replacement or full refund depending on the situation.
